Though the Conseil scolaire francophone de la Colombie-Britannique (CSF) is the French Education Authority of British Columbia, we appreciate that many parents’ mother tongue is English. In fact, most parents of our students are in exogamous couples. Exogamous is a word used here to describe couples comprised of least one individual whose mother-tongue is not French.
