Chaque e\u0301cole du CSF (SD No. 93) sera touche\u0301e en me\u0302me temps que les autres e\u0301coles de sa re\u0301gion au cours de la semaine. Merci de vous re\u0301fe\u0301rer au tableau en fin d&#8217;article pour savoir quel jour l\u2019e\u0301cole de votre enfant sera affecte\u0301e.<\/p>\n<p>Durant ce temps, des piquets de gre\u0300ve seront installe\u0301s devant les e\u0301coles. <strong>Me\u0302me si les e\u0301coles seront ouvertes, aucun cours ne sera donne\u0301. Les directions d\u2019e\u0301cole seront pre\u0301sentes sur le site de chaque e\u0301cole. Pour des raisons de se\u0301curite\u0301, nous demandons aux parents de garder les enfants a\u0300 la maison lors du jour de gre\u0300ve.<\/strong> Notez que les autobus scolaires ne fonctionneront pas ces jours-la\u0300.<\/p>\n<p>Comme vous le savez, les deux parties, BCTF et BCPSEA, poursuivent les ne\u0301gociations au sujet de la convention collective des enseignants. En plus des moyens de pressions de gre\u0300ve exerce\u0301s par la Fe\u0301de\u0301ration des enseignants, BCPSEA poursuit toujours avec le lock-out partiel entame\u0301 le 26 mai.<\/p>\n<p>La gre\u0300ve et le lock-out partiel continuent d\u2019avoir un impact dans les e\u0301coles. Du\u0302 au manque de personnel ade\u0301quat pour assurer la se\u0301curite\u0301 des e\u0301le\u0300ves, les directions se retrouvent dans l\u2019obligation d\u2019annuler certains e\u0301ve\u0301nements et certaines sorties et activite\u0301s. La direction de votre e\u0301cole vous communiquera les de\u0301tails a\u0300 ce sujet. Le CSF est profonde\u0301ment de\u0301sole\u0301 de ces inconve\u0301nients.<\/p>\n<p>Les 9 et 10 juin prochain, le personnel enseignant est appele\u0301 a\u0300 voter pour exprimer son de\u0301sir d\u2019intensifier les moyens de pressions qui peuvent de\u0301boucher sur une gre\u0300ve ge\u0301ne\u0301rale. En cas de gre\u0300ve ge\u0301ne\u0301rale, l\u2019employeur doit recevoir un pre\u0301avis de 72 heures ouvrables.<\/p>\n<p>Le CSF continuera a\u0300 vous tenir informe\u0301s re\u0301gulie\u0300rement. Please note that each school of the CSF (SD. No. 93) will be affected with the other school district in their local communities throughout the week. Please refer to the attachment to find out which day the school your child is attending will be impacted.<\/p>\n<p>During that time there will be picket lines at the schools. <strong>While the schools will be open, there will be no classes given. Principals will remain on site at each school. For safety reasons we ask that parents keep all children home from classes on the strike day and buses will not run either.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As you know, both parties, BCTF and BCPSEA, continue bargaining the teachers\u2019 collective agreement. While the BCTF is pursuing with their strike activities, BCPSEA continue with the partial lockout of teachers imposed as of May 26, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, the strike and partial lockout have an impact in our schools. Due to lack of sufficient staff to ensure safety of our students, Principals find themselves in a situation to cancel some events, field trips and activities. The Principal of your school will be communicating with you such decisions. The CSF is very sorry for the inconvenience this situation is causing you.<\/p>\n<p>BCTF is holding a strike vote on June 9th and 10th on whether to increase strike activity up to a full-scale strike. Three working days notice must be given to the employer in event of a full scale-strike.<\/p>\n<p>The CSF will continue to keep you informed. For further updates, please listen to media outlets. You may also wish to follow information posted on the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bctf.ca\/\" rel=\"noopener\">BCTF website<\/a> and the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bcpsea.bc.ca\/\" rel=\"noopener\">BCPSEA website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your patience.
