Transportation Registration Forms

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Information pertaining to walk limits, bus routes and attendance areas is located on the School District web site.

Parent’s are expected to be familiar with the walk and walk to stop limits for the school the student will be attending.

Parent’s are responsible for determining how their children will safely travel to and from school or to and from the bus pick up and drop off locations.

Parents are responsible for their safety until the child boards the bus in the morning and after the child leaves the bus when returning home in the afternoon.

There is no requirement to provide door to door transportation for students and it is not necessary to relocate a bus stop for distance reasons if the walk to stop guidelines have been met.

ON-LINE REQUEST FOR TRANSPORTATION – ELIGIBLE RIDERS

School bus service is provided to eligible riders in accordance with the District Transportation Policy. Eligible riders are defined as students residing within their school catchment area and whose homes are situated beyond the walk limits defined in the Transportation Policy. Eligible riders will be required to walk to the nearest bus stop for pick-up.

ANNUAL REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

APPLICATIONS FOR 2016 – 2017 BUS TRANSPORTATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AS OF APRIL 25, 2016.
