Why become a member?
You must be a CSF member if you wish to:
- Vote in School Trustees Elections
- Submit your candidacy

What are the roles of the School Trustees?
- Act as part of a corporate board to govern the school district
- Make important decisions for CSF schools and students
- Help guide the future of French-language education in British Columbia
The Conseil scolaire francophone will accept nominations:
- from July 18, 2026
- until August 4, 2026 at midnight
Who can vote ?
To vote in CSF school trustee elections, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be a Canadian citizen
- Be 18 years of age or older on October 17, 2026
- Have been a resident of British Columbia since April 16, 2026
- Live in the electoral area where you are voting
- Have been a CSF member since June 18, 2026
How to become a CSF member ?
- Complete and sign the CSF membership form.
- Send the form by email to adhesion@csf.bc.ca or drop it off at the office of the CSF school closest to you.
How do you submit your nomination?
- Complete the nomination form.
- Send it to: elections@csf.bc.ca
How can you check whether you are already a CSF member?
Step 1
- Go to: Member Portal Access
- Click on: Forgot username or password
Step 2
- Use your email address
- Example: firstname.lastname@membres.csf.bc.ca
If you are already a member, you will receive a link to create a new password.

To ensure a smooth transition and maintain reliable communications, particularly in preparation for the upcoming elections, all members are invited to send any updates to elections@csf.bc.ca regarding:
- their immigration status (if applicable)
- their mailing address
- their personal email address
- their phone number
